Neal and his team (especially Crystal) were a wonderful and attentive group to work with. This was our first time buying a home so we didn’t really know what to expect. The Waterstone team was highly responsive to questions through the process. We were never wondering what the status was because their system sends out notifications throughout the loan process. We hope to be in our new home for a while, but if we buy again we will absolutely use Neal. Thank you Neal and Crystal!

Neal is a great guy and I have done about 6 loans with him now. Neal is quick to respond to questions and will do his best to make sure you understand each step in the loan process.

Neal and his team is the best out there. The entire refi process was painless. Neal assessed my situation and recommended two products then allowed me to decide which product would be best for me. Neal is located on the other side of the state but it wasn't a issue due to his online document collection system and easy online document signature system.
