Neal is amazing and the only lender my husband and I will ever use now. Neal had a meeting with us in the beginning to explain how the loan worked and what he would need from us. Once we found a house Neal was quick to get us the letter my realtor needed to submit the offer. After that Neal called us weekly to give us an update on our loan which took so much stress out of the process. Neal and his team (especially Crystal) were a wonderful and attentive group to work with. This was our first time buying a home so we didn’t really know what to expect. The Waterstone team was highly responsive to questions through the process. We were never wondering what the status was because their system sends out notifications throughout the loan process.
