Neal and his team is the best out there. The entire refi process was painless. Neal assessed my situation and recommended two products then allowed me to decide which product would be best for me. Neal is located on the other side of the state but it wasn't a issue due to his online document collection system and easy online document signature system. Neal Tipton is a pleasure to work with. Everything went so smoothly with the loan process that I used him a second time to help me with a loan to obtain a rental property. He and his whole team are very professional, friendly, and helpful. I was nervous about the loan process but they made me feel comfortable.
