Neal Tipton is a pleasure to work with. Everything went so smoothly with the loan process that I used him a second time to help me with a loan to obtain a rental property. He and his whole team are very professional, friendly, and helpful. I was nervous about the loan process but they made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone interested in getting a loan. He explained the process very clearly and was patient with my questions. I honestly can't think of a suggestion for improvement.

Mr. Tipton and his staff especially Jenny they rock. They kept you updated on how your mortgage process was going, and they were very understanding. I will never forget when I first met Mr. Tipton, I told him I wanted to purchase a home for the first time, and what did I need to do.
