I had an issue with them moving a down spout originally but when they came out we looked it over and it was the only option we had. they were very prompt and professional thru the whole process. very good customer relations.

I will not go on the roof or check the gutters, but I think the job was well done. The service was performed in a timely manner. I was not informed the debris would be left in garbage bags at the end of the driveway. Otherwise the device was good.
I really have no complaints, other than the cost. A bit pricey for just a gutter cleaning. But they were prompt, courteous, did a great job, and even fixed one of my gutters that was coming off the house, free of charge. But overall, I've had similar service for considerably cheaper.
