I had already had the gutters cleaned the day before by another company. Ned came out and said they cleaned my gutters when there was no need and charged me for it. Not the company I would use again.

Not satisfied with the work and they did obligate the verbal contract we had.
scheduling system is ineffective, they provide 24 hours to provide a professional, but then 0 follow up.
Our experience has been horrible. They came to our house twice; the first time, they misquoted the job and abandoned the site without any explanation. The second time, they did the job but damaged the railing of the stairs to our porch and left a lot of nails and other materials dispersed throughout the site. I called them numerous times for them to repair the damage. No response in two weeks. Absolutely do not deal with this company!

Took some time but they finally came to clean my gutters.
They did nothing much and charged too much.
They were supposed to come to examine our gutters and clean them out they clean them out and made a mess all over the lawn and everywhere else there was mud and debris everywhere. He told me everything looks good with the gutters. As soon as it rained there was water pouring all over it was clear that there were some holes in between some of my gutters. I called them and they told me that they just cleaned them and did not examine for any work to be done. I asked them why and they had no answer for me
