I hired and PAID (they make you pay up front on the phone) to have my gutters cleaned....that was two weeks ago and they still have not shown up, yet they have my money. I have called numerous times to follow up and they keep telling me they'll be out in a few days. I would definitely NOT recommend!

I had my gutters cleaned. They asked for me to prepay. They did not call before they came so I did not know of they completed the job. no confirmation until I call. The supervisor came out a second time to inspect when I was not home. I found roof shingles in the tree and on the ground when I got home. Terrible communication and work quality.

The company explained that water was to be used to ensure the gutters and rain spouts would be used.And that is not what happened, after 5-10 minutes of asking for that service (I believe they spoke Spanish)they used water on my trouble Spouts.And showed me 5-8 balls and other items.I don,t feel comfortable with their work.

Quote is not what you will pay. High pressure sales tactics for continued service plan and additional work.

We tried to discuss this review with you and you hung up on our manager. When you hire our service you get a free inspection, all we were doing was reporting the findings of our inspections. We occasionally find issues with homes during that inspection, we were simply reporting back those issues. Please contact outreach@nedstevens.com so a manager can follow up with you.
They came and cleaned all the gutters and cleaned up after themselves. It was if they weren't even there. Also advised me of replacing them as they were in terrible condition.
hired them to clean my gutters. a crew of 2 came out, took out a ladder and 15 mins later i watched them drive away. had to call customer service 800# since they crew did not bother to tell me anything. a rep tried to get a hold of the crew and said she would call me back when she did. when she did, i was told the type of gutters i had were the type that could not be cleaned. in fact, i have 2 different types of gutters on my house, sure flo in the front and leafguard in the back. called the company that installs leafguard a... read more

Every system is different and if we have the ability to perform the job we will. Every cleaning we perform also involves an inspection of the system, if we can't see or know whether or not we cleaned all of it, we can't guarantee the job.
