It all started in 1965. A milkman named Ned Stevens became friendly with the customers on his route. Over time, those customers started to ask Ned if he could help out with some work around their homes. Ned noticed that more often than not, customers were asking to have their gutters cleaned… and Ned's Home was born!

They were quick to show up, even though a specific time appointment was not scheduled. They did the work quickly and left notations of possible items that we might want to address for future repair.
Ned Stevens does an excellent job on my gutters and has done so well that I have them on a regular plan to come out and clean them every 3 months. They are professional and courteous and never disturbs us when we?re at home. The just come, do their job and leave a receipt at the door. They even came back out after 2 of my downspouts were clogged with no charge to unclogged them.

Scheduling was very easy and they arrived when they were scheduled.
They recommended new gutters, which I am not sure that I need.
They did perform the work within the time window they had forecast but I felt three and a half days allowed for a lot of wiggle room. While the two man team worked quickly and were focused, once finished they left several small (durable) black plastic bags of removed material at the end of my driveway without taking a moment to say, hey this is what we�re doing. Hardly a sin but since my trash pickup day was five days off and with my home being on the market and showings ongoing a simple heads-up would�ve been appreciated.
