Over time, those customers started to ask Ned if he could help out with some work around their homes. Ned noticed that more often than not, customers were asking to have their gutters cleaned… and Ned's Home was born!

The gutters were done but the downspouts were not check

They came when they said they would and left a card in the door. They were very thorough in explaining everything to me. The water seems to be draining properly after a heavy downfall. They were very nice on the phone.
I spoke with Steve late on Friday afternoon and the Ned Stevens crew surprised us by arriving next day around noon to clean the gutters, in the rain, even though there was no immediate need. Although I liked their responsiveness, they refused to tell me their schedule in advance. I wasn't able to be there when they did the work. I paid an exceptionally high price for same day service. Other than that, service was good.
