They came quickly and completed the cleaning. The part I did not like was that they left a note and an email, as the work was completed when we were away, stating there was a problem encountered during the service. So I contacted them concerned, to find out that they wanted to sell me an algae cleaning and install new gutters. It�s great to tell me what was found there and make suggestions, but when it�s presented as an emergency experienced while performing the job, it feels sketchy.
