I spoke with Steve late on Friday afternoon and the Ned Stevens crew surprised us by arriving next day around noon to clean the gutters, in the rain, even though there was no immediate need. Although I liked their responsiveness, they refused to tell me their schedule in advance. I wasn't able to be there when they did the work.
