Overall, my account manager did a good job and was very pleasant to work with. But the foreman from the moving team in Philadelphia was horrible to work with. He was rude, and kept telling me that my move was taking too long and he would be late for his next appointment - even though he showed up an hour after my scheduled move window.

Very efficient packing my house. Only one item was damaged at the new residence. Very pleasant people to work with.

The movers were very professional. The cares for my belongings like they were their own. The team leader was organized and communicated every step and placed the items in the designated rooms.

My husband and I recently relocated from North Carolina to Kentucky. This was our first time using movers and we couldn’t be happier. Nelson Westerberg provided great communication throughout the entire process. Our driver, Tim, did a great job at keeping things organized and explaining everything to us. All of our belongings arrived safely to our new home in a reasonable amount of time. We would definitely recommend using Nelson Westerberg for long distance moving services.
