The office personnel was good in communication. The individuals who packed and loaded my items were efficient and thorough as well as professional. The driver and associates who made the final delivery were equally as good. The problem I had was all the damages done between the time my belongings left my possession to the time they were returned. Damages ranged from the dents on the Harley and the broken rear brakes to the destroyed furniture and damages to a family heirloom

Rachel Johnson was outstanding. Very responsive and focused on me, the customer, and made sure she took care of everything. Ed, the driver on the delivery side, was very good. The crew was polite and efficient, and left everything very clean afterwards, which is not always the case and much appreciated.

Great experience with packing to unpacking. Very professional and efficient people that took care of our furniture and belongings. Everything was packed with care and a lot of attention to detail. At unpacking all boxes were accounted for, nothing was damaged, not even a glass or a plate, and all furniture was in great shape, again, nothing damaged or scratched. Easy process using tablets to keep track of all items made the process very easy for us. Thank you very much. Highly recommend and will use again in the future.
