These guys are the best! First off, everyone was masked up. They had people wait in their cars until they were ready for their animals. The staff opened the doors for you so you didn't have to touch anything. My cat has been having bad anxiety because of changes to our household with COVID and my partner moving in. We just had all four of our bunnies neutered/spayed here and we are so happy with the care given to our beloved pets as well as us! Not only that, but they made it affordable. We priced other local vet hospitals and it would have cost us more than double what it cost here. The service and care is top notch while also affordable. I highly recommend this vet!
Thanks to Dr. McKaig and his staff for taking such great care of our Rocky for 14 years. We had to say goodbye to Rocky today, and they were so wonderful. From the first visit as a puppy, to our visit today when we had to say goodbye, the team at New Haven Pet Hospital has been there for us. Patient, caring, and excellent care. We highly recommend them.
