Mallory felt very comfortable and I am very happy with the plan moving forward as her parent. Dr. Rickert did a great job at explaining everything to both of us and the technicians were wonderful at keeping her comfortable.
I am very happy with all the staff and the quality of care I receive. I feel like everyone really cares.
The receptionist Alison was very kind and welcoming as soon as I came in. She explained the forms I needed to fill out and was very friendly. My dental hygienist, also named Alison, was terrific! She was very sweet and did an excellent job on my teeth. Dr Rickert was equally as nice and gave good advise on some products to use for my teeth and some preventatives to take. The office was clean and updated. Overall I had a wonderful experience and will for sure be back!
