Had the temp hygienist. She was fine, but I prefer Allison. Not sure if it's because I'm used to her. Thank you to everyone on your staff who signed the sympathy card for Chris. It meant so much to us. I couldn't tell you that today. Too emotional. Love you all. Nancy

Excellent. There was very little wait until I saw Dr. Rickert. My treatment options were carefully explained, and will be considered by me. While there, she took care of another small but annoying problem and all was completed quickly.

The girl filling in for Allison was awesome! My teeth feel so clean and I never had any back dripping to my throat her technic was awesome! I am sorry forgot her name! Very friendly , explains what she is doing and a great experience for someone new filling in at your office. Very patient focused and caring! I felt so good when I left today. Even your receptionist ..nice and friendly! Thanks for asking when people do a good job and make your experience pleasant they should be told! Have a great day!
