I have been treated at this office for about three years; this office is truly the crème de la crème. The atmosphere is very serene and friendly, and has almost an upscale vibe to it. I have never waited more than five minutes to be seen, so no booking three people for one time slot. The hygienists and the dentist herself are caring and considerate; it feels almost as though you are in a dental spa. Dr. Rickert and her staff use the most modern tools and equipment, to make your experience as comfortable as possible.

Going to the dentist is not something most look forward to. Terry and Allison at the front desk are friendly faces as you enter. Amy does an amazing job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Rickert is awesome. Thanks!

It was a difficult appointment because novacaine was not working well. So there was some pain and the appointment took a very long time. But I truly appreciate that Dr. Rickert and Sue were sensitive to my discomfort and doing everything they could to keep me as pain-free and comfortable as possible.

It's always a pleasure as the staff as well as Dr. Rickert are great! They have been my dentist since taken over from the former dentist and I would never think of leaving their practice! Nice work and I love Alison the hygienist that does my cleaning she is awesome! Nothing but nice things to say about these employees and Dr. Rickert!
