Responded quickly, did a great job.
That was a minor roof repair, the job was done fast, quality is excellent - the roof stopped leaking. The price we paid was reasonable. I would recommend NJ Certified Roofing to friends.
NJ Certified Roofing was a professional operation which did everything they said they were going to do, when they said they would do it. I liked them so much that when it came time for my mother's roof to be replace, I called them without hesitation.
They were on time and addressed any repairs I pointed out that needed to be done.

They did a flat roof for me and they were professional and reliable. They returned phone calls, showed up on time, completed the work in a timely manner. I want to mention two issues: 1) they significantly raised their price on the day they showed up. They had given me an estimate without a tear-off but called me to tell me that a tear-off was absolutely necessary. I'm glad you were pleased with the quality of our work and our communication. Unfortunately, sometimes tearoffs become necessary when the work begins and in your situation, rotted wood was to blame. Usually, our estimators can spot this but your wood problem was around the built-in gutters. As a matter of practice, we don't walk in built-in gutters because of safety issues. The quality of the work could have been beter. Some plywood that should have been replaced was not.

Not sure why we're getting this review almost a year after the work was done. We try not to replace wood that doesn't need replacing, thereby making sure the costs remain as promised. Overall a positive experience. They started when they said they would start and did the work quickly and efficiently. The crew was professional and courteous. The price was right and the finished product looks good and has held up so far through four rainstorms. They even did a small paint job for me free of charge.
