Overall good experience....they provided photos of the roof before and after job. They were great about revising contract/work at a lower price after we changed our mind about the type of job we wanted done (instead of replacing 2nd chimney, it was removed and exhaust line was linked to main chimney). Courteous and pleasant at all levels. Minor complaints: ladder caused minor damage to gutters and some nails were left behind in lawn (may have been difficult to detect).

The rep showed up on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. I was only looking for an inspection, verse repair, which he provided. He also spent time to explain the information as well.

Although the roofing job was hampered by the rainy weather this spring, the crew showed up on sight every questionable day before making a decision on whether or not to start. The job was completed in one day and clean-up after was excellent once the rain stopped.
