They were a bit slow in starting the project of repairing the roof, but did a good job and left everything clean after the work was done.

After delays the work was finally completed. The quality of the workmanship for the replacement of my roof was excellent; as was the installation of the chimney lining. However, the window installation and delivery took longer than promised by the company representative and additional expense through another contractor was incurred to fit two windows that did not conform to the framing. Clean-up of debris was spotty and the installation of three storm/screen doos took long hours. One of thoors had to be rehung because of a c... read more

I appreciate the complements about our quality of work. With 20 years experience, we pride ourselves on a quality job. Regarding any delay complaints, it is our customary response to notify customers of a 3-4 week delay when ordering special order windows/doors. As far as another contractor needed, we referred a painter, at the customer's request, because we do not do interior trim or painting.
Competitive pricing, fair, friendly, and efficient. We haven't yet been able to test out new remote controlled skylights, due to still needing an electrician, but as of yet all seems well.

My problem was a lot of moss growing on the shady side of our roof. NJCR responded the next day and a couple of days later we received a quote to replace the shingle on the roof or alternately to use a chemical wash to get rid of the moss. Mr. Bracero said he could not guarantee the chemical wash, but did not pressure me to replace the shingles. We chose the cheaper route of washing off the moss. The men who did the job were pleasant and the old shingles look like they should be good for another couple of years.
