Roof 4 Roof was very responsive. They quickly came for an estimate and scheduled the work. The original estimate over the phone was increased when they came for the actual estimate due to the pitch of the room. When challenged, they did reduce the price. Not to the original estimate, but lower than asked which was reasonable. The roofer showed up on time, but had to leave to get a harness due to the height and pitch of the roof. He came back and quickly finished the job.

Great service. They got the job done, were clean about it. The lead guy gave me two prices- one for a more temporizing job and one for a more permanent fix. He also did a thorough inspection of the roof and took pictures to show me where the problems were. I really appreciated that. We went with the more expensive option. We went through an entire winter and no problems. Would definitely recommend them again.
I have a low pitch membrane torch fired roof with large overhangs that were damaged in the storm. This comjpany was the only one who respsonded in good time. Listedned to what I said and demonstrated that they knew roofs and roofing. Out of 8 contacts made these people were the only truly responsive and knowledgeable.
This project turned into a nightmare for me! The miscommunication was present from the start to finish! The company installed a non-working attic venting system! The crew didn't show up nor called the first time they were supposed to come! I constantly had to be on top of the project and call the office to see when the crew is coming for the third time! I was very pleased with the out come of my project,field manager was very helpful in whatever I ask, he explained all work detail step by step. I could have gone with other contractors witch were a little cheaper but I have no regrets Thank You Service Magic
They were excellent in every respect.
The crew was very efficient, polite, and friendly. They worked very hard and completed the job in one day. They also did an amazing clean-up around the house. Communicating with the office was easy, they returned calls right away and answered all my questions. Thank you very much!
Eddie was prompt to respond and courteous and informative over the phone. He showed up on schedule, and was amazingly quick to finish the job. Great work, great price & I will definitely call him again!
