The food is different and absolutely amazing. There are many unique flavors in the foods and the prix menu is great if you would like to try many different items.
Had another delicious meal at Nia's. It's one of our favorite neighborhood restaurants. We tried the short rib this time and it was delicious as were the mussels and the pumpkin nocci. We love this place. Always good food and friendly service.
We were reticent after reading a couple of bad reviews but tried it anyway. We had dinner for 5 just before Christmas and it was fabulous. Service was great. We prefer the upstairs dining room near the bar. We skipped the Prix fixed 8 dishes per person in favor of 2 to 3 per person. The food was excellent and the wine list good and reasonable. Cocktails were excellent (but heavy on the alcohol so be forewarned).
We went with the 8 course offering for $33/person. Each course offered different selections, which was nice. Everything we ordered was fresh and really delicious.
It is a really cozy place. I nice romantic scene! The lamb is superb!!

If you like mushrooms, you MUST try their mushroom dish, absolutely to die for! The squash and lamb were also notable. We did order gelato trio and two of the flavors tasted like they were from the bottom of the barrel, so I would not recommend that. If ... read more
Great place! My friend and I were looking for a place to eat the night before Thanksgiving. Nia was perfect. While it was quieter than most restaurants in the Randolph Street restaurant district, it had a warm cozy atmosphere and a great menu and wine list. If you are looking for a more energetic atmosphere, this is not the best place. its great for catching up and enjoying good food at a good price. We ordered a few small plates and they were delicious, especially the orzo salad and the escarole with cannelini beans. The se... read more
had a wonderful meal with pre fixe option. Server was so helpful with the wine selections
The food was better than we anticipated. We participated in the Prix Fixe menu. Our favorite dishes were the ceviche and gnocchi.
Nia has a 4.3 star rating with 1,405 reviews.
