Nest did a good job of spelling out the terms of the loan, doing the do diligence etc. I think asking for my last paycheck 3 times may have been a bit much but overall they did a good job.

We actually had a good experience . The only real complaint we have is that when we put down our 3,000 dollar money to hold the property , Tim ssked two people did he get that money back !! He is a disabled vet and vets do not put money down but he could not get it back ... Other than that problem for us .. we were treated well..
