Nest helped us keep one step ahead in getting all of the paper work done and helping us close when we needed to close. The team we worked with was very knowledgeable and very responsive.

I felt my loan was farmed out to multiple people, and with the closing delayed, some details got dropped through the cracks such as not notifying my homeowner's insurance, who was associated with Nest Loan Company, about the delay in closure, or telling me that I needed to do so. The whole office seemed on vacation the week before my closure, which probably added to the confusion. Nikki, personally was always receptive and helpful
Nicole was the absolute best to work with. I attempted a refi a few months previously with another lender and it was a nightmare. 2 months in with no end in site I canceled. Soon after that I reached out to Nicole. Nicole and her team had me finalized and closed in about 3 weeks. Updates almost every day and very clear communication. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you Nicole. I will definitely reach out again for any of my future needs.
