I bought my new Rogue this week, & my experience was fantastic. As a single woman, I was prepared to do battle, expecting condescending attitudes. However, I was treated w/respect & dignity. I actually went to mitsubishi which also was Nissan apparently. Reguardless, I talked to Jake on the phone prior to going in to the dealership, he wasn't hassling me or bugging me or calling me every 10 minutes to make sure I was coming. I called him probably 2 hours till they closed and he was really nice and told me to come in when I was ready.. not that night not tomorrow ..just when I could..no pressure.
