I had a very possitive experience with this dealer and the sales staff. They treated me well and did not use high pressure tactics which is a huge factor for me. My new Frontier was clean and they even included a full tank of gas! Now that is good customer service. I would recommend your dealership to anyone looking for a new Nissan. Thank You!!! My wife and I appreciated the low pressure sales we received from David. Although he is new and did not have all the answers, he was a straight shooter and that is more important to me. He was patient with us and accommodating. The only issue we had was with the signing of the paper work. Because we waited until late in the day, there was only one person to complete this work and we waited an additional hour and a half. Other than that, Alan Webb has a satisfied customer. Thanks,

I visited a lot of dealerships but this one gave me the best deal and agreed to accommodate within my budget. Manny was really helpful and never pushed me to buy. He was even kind enough to pick me up from work to his dealership in Vancouver. He got me the best finance rates and also helped me get the exact color of my choice. I definitely recommend this for anybody looking to buy a Nissan.

We felt very comfortable with Manny. Very nice guy. Didn't know there was such a nice person at car dealers. We've had only bad experiences at dealers and hated the thought of going to one. The internet really helped the process alot too. Manny was never pushie and got the process done in little time. We would go there again and send our friends there. Thanks

I was not pushed into getting a certain car. He was very friendly. Helped me to the best of his ability. Felt respected as a lady who was in need of something that wouldnt fall apart and wasnt after only my money. Wanted everything to get me to the point of being able to get what i needed. Alan Webb Autogroup was very supportive, without being pushy. They understand their clients and try hard to do the right thing. I bought a new car and my experience there was great. My car is doing fine. My car manual was not with the car at the time of sale, but eventually, I received this document. I had a pdf file to use till that arrived. All-in-all, I would buy another car from this dealership.
