We was very happy with my experience with Alan Web Nissan. The salesman Dave was very focused to our needs, the sales manages was straight with us he gave us the deal we were looking for.
Purchasing my new Nissan Juke at Alan Webb was a very fun experience and I know I paid less than any where else I could have gone.
Had a great experience. I had a issue with the used car I purchased but they took care of it quickly. They really earned their reputation!
Arrived at the dealership with one particular car in mind. Ty had the vehicle pulled up and ready to for us to look at as I pulled into the lot. Incredibly friendly staff, excellent customer experience. Ended up purchasing the car with relatively little negotiations. Not a whole lot of bogus bartering like with several other dealerships I dealt with this morning. Would definitely recommend these guys.
The first Salesperson did not know what he was talking about or he was the hook, but do have to lie to us to get us to shop at Nissan and when it comes to the price agreed on I would never want to go through that again. I test drove some one's Leaf for only 5 minutes & wanted to know more about it since the driver was on a lease agreement & his deal sounded good. After making an inquiry over the internet a rep from Alan Webb contacted me for a test drive. My wife & I went in & viewed the lot with 72 Leafs on it, so there was plenty to choose from. I went to Alan Webb Nissan to lease a new Nissan Leaf. My experience couldn't have been better. Since it's an electric car, things are a little different with the Leaf, and there is a lot to learn about it. Joe was friendly and very knowledgeable, having owned a couple Leafs himself. When I first used Alan Webb Mit the service advisor was Chris Patten and he was the nicest person to work with, now the advisor is Jason Cloquet and he is not at all friendly or accommodating. Today I went in for an oil change and I was told that my oil fill cap was broken and someone had glued it together, well I only take my car to 2 places and the other dealer was GMC Buick and no one said a thing.
