"Exceptional, fair and fast, a great experience." I was elated that Darrell could pick me up at my residence in less than an hour from my call. He bought the truck I wanted to test drive and took me back to the dealership to expeditiously process the buy with the fastest finance team ever. It was a great experience! He even called me today to see how I was enjoying my new Frontier. Thank you all very much.
"Long wait " So I want this Saturday for my scheduled oil change for my car. As soon as we pulled in it took 10 minutes for some one to get to my car. Then once they did they said it would be a two hour wait, I was already their and couldn’t put off my oil change my my new car! However they did have a play room for my kids and free snacks and sodas. Also they have a tv in the kids room we could change as well. I did ask for a shuttle bus to drive me to a location while we waited, they stated they didn’t provide shuttle buses... read more

"Easy in easy out" Very nice set up. Pull into garage and someone is there to assist and take your info . Very streamlined. Very impressed! Nice lobby to wait on service . Only reason rating was not excellent was because I needed an oil change and service for a flashing air bag warning flashing on my dash.. after two hours I was told all was good and that a cable was unplugged causing the warning.
