"Long wait for service completion" Went in for a oil change and tire rotation. Finally complete after over 2 hours. They do good work but is very slow and the waiting room is small and hot.
"Good customer service " Great place to go. Both service writers were great and very helpful. I was helped as soon and I pulled in and they got me in and out with good service.
"Great experience" The service experience was fast and easy. I was able to get my appointment on the day I wanted, come in with no wait and stay in the service lounge. They even offer free drinks and snacks!! When I checked out, they gave me a coupon even though I didn’t have one! Couldn’t ask for more.

"They made sure I was happy" It’s was my first time buying from NISSAN of Athens after hearing so many great comments about it. I was pleased with the customer service and drove off in a 2017 Altima to my liking and was very happy!
"Great oil change!" Friendly and helpful staff. Quick turnaround service time. I am a regular service customer who has always been well treated. I highly recommend the service department.
