Very nice service people. I was running late for my appointment and when I called I was told not to worry and to just drive safely.
Service staff are always attentive and informative. They keep me informed on what time my vehicle will be finished with service.

Yes, my service experience was great and I did not have to wait long. My vehicle's work was completed early than expected. I do believe that having more charging stations that are easily accessible would be appreciated. The charging station that yall do have is located in a crowded area at the service entrance. This area is crowded with non charging vehicles making access for electric vehicles near impossible.
Everyone was super kind and helpful! We will go there again when in search of a Nissan.
