Tried to have car serviced in Conyers and they were not helpful at all. Athens was very accommodating and understanding. Well worth the drive.
Brought my Sentra in for a recall and everything was smooth and service was great and efficient.
Had an exceptional customer service experience. Nate Sartain was my service advisor. My service was on a Saturday. We encountered a warranty procedural barrier that was difficult to manage because it was the weekend. Very nice service people. I was running late for my appointment and when I called I was told not to worry and to just drive safely.
Service staff are always attentive and informative. They keep me informed on what time my vehicle will be finished with service.
I love getting my car serviced there because the people that works there gives you the upmost curtsy.

Yes, my service experience was great and I did not have to wait long. My vehicle's work was completed early than expected. I do believe that having more charging stations that are easily accessible would be appreciated. The charging station that yall do have is located in a crowded area at the service entrance. This area is crowded with non charging vehicles making access for electric vehicles near impossible.
