This was my first visit to any Nissan dealership. I was ignored when I came through the doors the first time. I went back to my car and then came back in and was still ignored. I apparently parked in the wrong spot and was finally told I needed to pull up further. Serge and Johnathan assisted me and were very helpful with explaining everything and with renting a car which I really appreciate.
