Everyone was very helpful and nice when I came in. They brought me to my job. And let me know when my car was ready for pick up

The service manager Serge was very helpful in getting my extended warranty processed. I was a little shocked that I had to wait all day for them to let me know of status and that my car would need to stay over night. I was in the waiting area for 5 hours until they let me know anything. I would have left a lot sooner. The other issue I had was usually with an oil change they fill up fluids but they left my wiper fluid empty. Maybe they don't do that with their oil changes?

I was given an incredible deal on a very coveted truck. They had it clean and waiting outside for my test drive. The staff was very knowledgeable, and accommodating to try to make everything work out well. My salesman, the sales manager, and the finance dude were great. It was a fantastic overall experience. Buying a new vehicle is not always like that at other places. Very pleased with everything!
