Hard to find service entrance with lots of construction and little signage. Stood outside the door with service people looking at me several times. After a while a guy yelled out the glass to pull up closer to get door to open for entrance. Less than enthusiastic welcome. My designated contact was not available until after the appt. My first service at this dealer and I assume all was done well. I am not a service tech or mechanic.

I was referred to Donnie from someone who has bought a car from him in the past. He was very professional and walked me to look at a couple cars and showed me where to bring my car for maintenance.
