"Dont have a title" The service advisor was very polite, professional and pleasant . . He explained everything that was done and gave me recommendations to get the best out of my car He made me feel very comfortable

"Replacement battery" Would have been a 5 star had they cleaned my car. The job was well done. Alejandro was great and personable. He approached soon as I entered and did his thing.
"Recent visit for Service " My rep was a very kind person. He was fast and very informative. He let me know what I needed and without giving me the feeling of being pressured. I appreciate that the most. He’s pretty much what customer service should be. I forgot his name so I hope whoever I had to check below was him.
"Environment" Friendly environment with quick service. I came in for a Takata airbag recall service with a free oil change, as advertised in an email I received from Nissan. I was able to get in and out with everything done in less than two hours. The technicians and service advisors were very polite and friendly helping service me. They also gave several compliments on my vehicle.
