"Brake job" I went in to get brakes serviced and the guy told me I didn't need them replaced yet. I appreciated his honesty. I'll definitely be back.
"Oil change, rotate & balance" Quick & painless. They kept in constant contact with me to let me know how things were going. It was also washed when I picked it up.
"Excellent service!" Service was performed quickly. Even though I arrived later than the actual scheduled time of my appointment, all work was complete within about an hour.
"Outstanding" Timely and informative. Good use offiscounts. Area smells good with popcorn drinks and healthy snacks. Customer service is appealing. Washing cars is good. Very professional environment.

"Longer than expected " When the SUV was delivered the tire pressure light was on and the porter or technician should have saw it. After taking delivery I noticed the light on.
"Professionalism of Employees" Really appreciate how polite, patient, thorough and professional employees are. The Tech POC, Ishmael Clinton, explained 'in detail' what service was needed and answered all questions without hesitation. I will continue to return to Nissan of Bowie for future service for my 2012 Nissan Altima.
"I was notified of offered deals..." I was notified of offered deals by mail, and then my representative named Dustin offered me better deals. I was able to leave with my new vehicle after putting zero down.

Jamal Hayden never missed a beat , very personable and easy to communicate with. After I decided to purchase the vehicle, Jamal Hayden introduced me to Mr. Jim Woody.
