"Service - G. Davis" I bought my wife’s truck in because of a noise when you turn the heater on. The problem was resolved in a timely basis and under warranty.
"New car purchased maintenance package" Service advisor promptly checked our car in for its first service and sent it to the oil and lube center. Car was serviced and the tires rotated. All services were professionally done. Well appointed waiting area made the wait tolerable. One shortcoming was the lack of dealership speed (1 hr 30 min) that Vavoline Express Service provides.
"Women in the service bay" It was great to find Heather among the usual men. She did as good a job as Ismael could have if he had been there.
"First class service! " Cannot remember the young lady who checked me in for my oil change but she was very personable and her customer service was top notch.
"Very Good Purchase Experience" Everyone from assisting with the selection process through completion of the purchase agreement and paying the downpayment was helpful, knowledgable, and pleasant. Thank you very much.

He is always pleasant and kind and make sure that my car is fixed in a prompt timely manner! The cashiers are always pleasant, as well!

"Great service rep and mechanic!" Nice clean facility. On site rental car was a great bonus. The maintenance team worked late to make sure I could get my car back that evening - greatly appreciated!
