"Great Service" Exceptional service provided by Rome. He was kind, personabl, and polite and made sure that I got in and out quickly. He definitely went the extra mile on an extremely busy Saturday.
"Body work" Has an appointment and service was done on time. I didn’t have to be there all day long. Service person was very courteous, polite.
"Top notch" They gave me what I came in for. A nice 2018 model and a good trade in amount. Staff was very courteous and answered my questions.
"Very professional " Salesman Gary Jones was courteous, polite, very knowledgeable about all Nissan vehicle. He was very quick responding to my questions. Mr. Jones is very professional.
"Oil change / tire rotation " I brought my car to the service center at 7:00 am for a oil change and tire rotation, the waiting area was very clean and welcoming, the staff was very professional and once my car was finished the technician came and explained the multi point inspection and how my car check out, I was informed on my next visit what I need to have done, I was in my car driving to work by 7:35. This was my second visit at that location and it will not be my last, and yes I would recommend Nisan of Bowie everyone.
