"Responsive, Professional, Friendy, Thorough" The overall service was complete to include an attempt to locate & correct a rattle in the dash. These are hard to find and correct so I plan to have them look for it again at my next service. The advisor called to see if their fix had resolved the problem but I had not had a chance to see if was still there which I have since verified that it is. Otherwise an overall positive experience.

"Pathfinder service " Mr Rome Williams is my service technician and has always provided me with excellence in customer service. When I leave my vehicle, he always prov uhhhh des calls with service updates and gives excellent explanations regarding my service needs. I am thankful for his consistent quality and genuine commitment to providing an excellent customer experience on each and every visit.

"My First Time was Better than This One " Pleasant customer service from the time I made my appointment until I walked out. A customer in the waiting room was loudly speaking on his cellphone disturbing the entire room and nothing was done about it. My center caps had been broken and left in my cupholder. No one bothered to mention this to me until I had to bring it to someone's attention prior to leaving. I would return but my first experience here was definitely better than my second.

"Great service" I took my car in for service and was quite appreciative of the amenities in the waiting area. Free coffee, healthy snacks, charger for electronics, and a work station for laptops. I was given a possible wait time, but was out of there well before that time. The free carwash was icing. I really appreciated the service teams efforts. I'm definitely a Nissan of Bowie fan!!!

"Amazing service!" From the minute my car arrived until the day I picked it up, I received superb service! Ishmael and faheem kept me informed every step of the way, and even went above and beyond for me to get a new transmission at an affordable cost to me....as an added bonus, my car was ready in 2 days! A new transmission replacement done in 2 days....unheard of! From now on, no one else will touch my car!

"I appreciate y’all" Everyone I encounter is always friendly, helpful, and service wait times are reasonable. Your hours are more accommodating than Waldorf. I get free oil changes there and still came here and paid because they are not as friendly, I couldn’t get an oil change appt until a week or so from now, and I normally wait upwards of three hours (in a tiny cold wait room, in uncomfortable chairs, with only infomercials, news, or sports playing on the one TV). "Somewhat disappointed this time" I brought my car in for standard service at 15,000 miles. I also bought a car while waiting for my car to be serviced. My car was returned from service with the front sunroof shade damaged. The main cabin air filter was replaced and now the air makes a noticeable hissing sound that it hadn’t done before. I know the guys there will make it right but it is still frustrating. To be fair, I haven’t told them about the hissing noise yet as I haven’t been in town to take the car back yet. "Highly disappointed " I took my car in for service and because there was a recall on my car. Nissan of Bowie graciously gave me a Sentra as a rental. However, I drive a 2016 maxima SL and to be placed in a car that’s nowhere near compatible to my car was very upsetting. Once I went to pick up my car the two services advisor that were still there where very helpful (a female & male).
