"Best Car Dealership in the USA" This dealership is my first and 99.9% of the time my last place to shop and have my Nissan serviced. I will always go here first.
"Primarily OK" As long as you're purchasing a vehicle everything is fine. Richard in finance is always super awesome. The actual ownership of this Nissan dealer sucks. I will NOT be doing business with them ever again. I've purchased 4 vehicles and my daughter purchased one in the past 5 years. I definitely will not be returning for my next vehicle purchase. In my opinion the only saving grace for this facility is the service center. The Advisors are always helpful and provide great service. The workmanship is good as well.
"My technician was courteous and very helpful...he got me in " My experience is always pleasant and efficient at Nissan. This is why I just purchased my 3rd Nissan Altima this year. The snacks were extrodinary this past Sat. (So many choices with beverages and fresh bananas also included). I cannot remember the manager that came out to give us a special welcome around 8:30 a.m. and told us to eat some of his favorite is donuts.... I always enjoy the Home Improvement or Flip or Flop programs I can count on enjoying as well.
"Service Was Poor" I brung my car in for 2 specific things: an oil change and a possible tune-up. When it was all said and done, I was told I may need a transmission, mass airflow sensor, an alignment, and was told 5 codes came up on the diagnostic machine. I felt like this was a way to just try to get my money. However, I was under warranty for the things that were actually needed. His professionalism and attention to detail is an example of superb customer service. The facility provided a welcoming space and clean environment. I appreciate the courtesy shuttle & available coffee and snacks during the waiting period. Nissan of Bowie is deserving of a recognition for the reasons stated above.
