"New sale" Positives: Friendly staff. End result: I was able to trade in my car and purchased a good used car with a good warranty and decent price. Negatives: Salesman that I originally spoke to was late for the appointment and did not call in advance to inform me. Interest rate is higher than what I believe it should've been based on my credit score.
"very professional and explained everything. - Thanks" Mr. Price was patience and professional. He also advised us our vehicle had a recall and will have to order the part. Vehicle was brought in on Saturday and we pick up Wednesday afternoon. A little long but we understood.
"Quick, courteous service" This dealer offers truly express svcs. which includes scheduled maintenance!! Open at 7am, my vehicle required 25K scheduled maintenance w/cooling & braking systems flushing, drive belts replacement and a complete check of all hoses, belts & tires. At 9:05 a.m. I was back in my car, which was also washed and wiped down!!! Fast, smooth, quiet, comfortable waiting lounge... Very pleased with the experience, no regrets!
"Oil change " Great customer service as usually, and they got me in and out within an hour!! I always appreciate the car wash. I definitely would recommend.
"Great experience" Got a great deal and Kai was wonderful. He cares about his customers. Met the GM Gary who was so friendly. My only negative comment is that I was deeply annoyed by the fiance girl and how hard she pushed for the warranty. After telling her 5 times that I didnt want it, she still gave me a quote with the warranty. Then she kept asking questions to figure out why I didnt want it. "Prompt service during the week" Went midweek for new set of tires. Glad I did as I dont think I would have gotten done on weekend as fast. Car wasn't washed as normally is after. I asked and then they were like... "we can". I just spent $700...no wash. When I go for regular oil change it's always washed. Seems odd.
"Oil change" As usual, Nissan of Bowie live up to their promises on time of delivery and I trust them and their suggestions for service required. Rome is a very good service advisor.
