"Great car, poor deal on trade in" Demetrius was a very good and helpful salesperson. He was not a high pressure guy and I appreciate that. I love my car and the internet price was a very fair price. But I feel that I got screwed on my trade in. I brought in a kbb printout for my model in "fair" condition. That price already adjusts for the mileage & reconditioning needed. But I was offered the low end of the kbb value with another large deduction for reconditioning.
"Great" My experience at Nissan of Bowie was good. My Tech, I think his name was Eric was super helpful and knowledgeable about my car. His nice and kind personality eased my anxiety about the expected cost of my maintenance. He was very engaging and I will always continue to get my services. Great Customer Service
"Service " Always have gone far and beyond to help me keep my vehicle running and keep me informed on what services are going to be needed in the next visit or when I can get them done. Jack Price is always helpful when it comes to making my car run 100%
"Good service" Good service with friendly service advisors. The lobby is very considerate and comfortable. I feel like the service people are honest, efficient, and expeditious. They have a playroom for children, they have a little breakfast bars and fruit and a nice coffee station.
"Fast Service " Fast service, I was in and out within an hour. Rome was very attentive and checked on me throughout my time there. He explained what was done and gave me recommendations on what I needed in the next few months.
"Amazing service " Had an amazing experience at Nissan of Bowie with my dealer Allen. He was patient didn’t push me to make a decision make me feel comfortable, took his time and explained all features he even stayed after work to help me out. Amazing service amazing dealership.

I know there aren’t any shady practices going on and the team of machanics are hardworking. All around good team here. I trust my keys with these guys. I pass two Nissan dealers because they aren’t up to pare with the Nissan Bowie location. Trust me! Theyre the best and will give you a reason to say such EVERYTIME!
