"Long wait but I was a walk in" I needed a tired replaced on my 2014 Murano ASAP. I didn’t have an appointment and I didn’t buy the car from this dealer so I wasn’t in their system. This meant I had to wait for quite a bit but I was so relieved to have my problem solved that I didn’t mind as much. Jack helped me and he was great. I just wish I’d had a heads up about how long it would take. My son and I were comfortable enough in the waiting area though.
"Great Seevice Team" I had my vehicle at a body shop they screwed up my light sockets and bulbs after complaining and getting no results. I drove up to my dealership the young man Fahim took a look and said no this is wrong. Gave me the estimate, spoke to my insurance adjuster and had the work completed correctly. Thanks for being so available, friendly and professional! Great WORK!!!
"Quick and to the Point" I went in for an oil change and I was out in under an hour on a SATURDAY. Besides, the time being spectacular the service representative was very nice and he didn’t try to sell me more services. I look forward to this type of quick and tonthe point service on my next visit.
