"Service and Professionalism" Have not visited a lot of dealerships but at this one, the entire staff seems to interact with the customers. In the service department, you are provided with an estimated time your car will be ready and they are pretty much on point. They alert you to any concerns they find with your car. "New car " The staff is great here and some are kid friendly as I went in with my daughter. We waited a while but it was worth it. I didn’t plan on getting a car initially but We left happy.
"Good service" No complaints about service. Good experience. Service rep was friendly and welcoming. Would recommend. Wait time is usually between 2 to 3 hours. Waiting area comfortable.

"worst experience " My car is still there. It’s making a noise that wasn’t there when I bought it in. So now that have figure out what the problem is. Won’t ever take my car to Nissan of Bowie again.
