I had an excellent experience at Nissan of Downtown L. A.! My oil change was completed quickly and efficiently, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. AJ was absolutely great, providing outstanding customer service and making sure everything went well. I truly appreciate the professionalism, friendly service, and efficiency. Very nice and kind and extremely thoughtful and helpful and explained everything to me and gave me eye contact and offered me some water and sent me an video of the tech doing some of the work on my car and explained what he was doing!!
