Good service but lack of coordination with the the person in charge and the mechanic
I had an excellent experience with Ozzy at Nissan of Downtown LA. He took great care of me from the moment I arrived and kept me updated throughout the whole service. He explained everything clearly, didn’t pressure me into anything, and made the entire process fast and easy. It’s rare to find someone so patient, professional, and honest. I really appreciate the way he handled everything. If you need service here, definitely ask for Ozzy.
