Very nice place, pleasure to be at. While you wait, you have wifi and cofee machine with lot of verity of choice and comfy chairs. A litle loud music and tv, but there are confrance room there that are not occupied and it was quiet there. Car was ready within expected time, 5 stars.
The service was really great this time that my husband went to take my truck for tuneup. He said that the person was polite and he went out quick

Nissan of Downtown L. A cared about my car service needs. They treated my like I’m part of the family. I had to return to have a part put on my car and I was the 20th in line. In ten minutes, I was 2nd person in line and the service advisor Sandy Cordero came to my car and called me by my name!
No matter what day I take my car, it’s always an ease of mind that I can leave my car, head to work and know it’ll be taken care of.

I did not buy my Maxima there . Im giviing 10 stars to the Service Department they are amazing Lance, Alan,and the girls that handle the loaners. I feel like VIP evertime i servive my 2017 Maxima.
