Been going to Downtown LA Nissan for over 16 years. Service techs and staff are the best. I have always felt they have been fair and honest with service suggestions. I retire in February and will be moving out of the area, I hope I can find a place that I can trust as much or at least close to Downtown LA Nissan.

This is the first time at DT Nissan. Great prices, especially on the oil change. They honored their coupon. The service adviser Litzy had amazing customer service. Good communication skills. Told me my car would be ready in time to pick up my kiddo from school, and it was. Hoping to make this my new location. Thank you Litzy!!!!
