I have been coming to downtown nissan los angeles for the past 19 years , they have always address my car needs and fix the problems i have with my nissan altima . I love how they offer different payment options to work around your budget. Ozzy is a service advisor and he is knowledgeable takes the time to explain your options and most of all he is honest and fair! i would recommend this dealership to anybody.

Great service. Ozzy and his team were helpful in explaining my inspection report to me so I knew what needed immediate attention and what they recommended in the future to ensure best longevity of my car. He was respectful of my financial situation and helped me get a better deal for the services provided. Something to be aware of is that this location seems pretty busy, but quick to respond back when you do reach out. I would highly recommend the service department at this Nissan location and will be returning.
