I was well taken care of the service was fast. And Ozzy from service was very helpful with any questions and concerns. Definitely recommend you getting your service at downtown Nissan LA.

I was very pleased with this, my first time with your service dept. I was able to make an appointment on a Sunday evening for the next day. Service rep David Marts was extremely helpful in scheduling all my Kick’s check ups in one afternoon so I didn’t have to leave the car overnight or return the following day- much appreciated as I live 40 minutes drive away. The personnel was very courteous. The thing I did not like is that rear camera is low quality
