I have been coming to NISSAN OF DOWNTOWN L. A. for over 3 years now. This was the best experience to date. Fabian my service rep and he was helpful and friendly and understanding of my needs. Thank you Nissan service team.

My little Versa is the first new-new car I've bought since 2001,so I was a little nervous about servicing. I brought it to Downtown, because that's where I bought it. It's not the most convenient location for me--I live in the South Bay--but the people are very nice and professional, they try to be efficient, and the waiting area is really comfortable and welcoming. I will keep coming back.

I had booked a service special for an oil change and was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff even though I was coming in at the end of day. They were great, service was fast. It was my very first visit at this location and I'll for sure be back.
