My little Versa is the first new-new car I've bought since 2001,so I was a little nervous about servicing. I brought it to Downtown, because that's where I bought it. It's not the most convenient location for me--I live in the South Bay--but the people are very nice and professional, they try to be efficient, and the waiting area is really comfortable and welcoming. I will keep coming back.

I had booked a service special for an oil change and was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff even though I was coming in at the end of day. They were great, service was fast. It was my very first visit at this location and I'll for sure be back.

Amazing, I went for maintenance and my vehicle was done in no time they kept me updated on the service and what needs to be done in the future, the staff is very welcoming especially Osvaldo he helped me so much!
