Nissan of Downtown L. A cared about my car service needs. They treated my like I’m part of the family. I had to return to have a part put on my car and I was the 20th in line. In ten minutes, I was 2nd person in line and the service advisor Sandy Cordero came to my car and called me by my name!

I did not buy my Maxima there . Im giviing 10 stars to the Service Department they are amazing Lance, Alan,and the girls that handle the loaners. I feel like VIP evertime i servive my 2017 Maxima.
