"Friendly and informative." My daughter and I came in for an appointment with Edi Gaser. Edi gave us a few options that would be ideal for local commute to school and work. She choose the new subcompact Kicks, which offered great mileage and safety features. The process from there was smooth and done in a timely manner. The facilities we're roomy, comfy, and clean. Offering snacks and drinks too. I will definitely be coming back and have recommended this dealership (especially Edi) to anyone interested in a new vehicle.
"Above and beyond" I’ve been coming to Nissan of Downtown for years now and the incredible service continues to bring me back. Ace Games and his service team are professional, helpful and a joy to work with. I always feel like I receive premium service and my business is valued.
"Staff is courteous and helpful " Staff was very helpful, had to return twice to get problem solved. My service advisor was very accommodating, The first day my car was being repaired I was able to get transportation home although I was a half mile out of the area. Mr Zaragoza also let me have a loner car while mine was being worked on.
"Great Service" Great dealership, great staff, they always greet you with a smile. My service adviser is always helpful and explains in detail the service that will be performed on my vehicle.

"Outstanding customer service. " I came in to Nissan DTLA because I had a bad experience at another Nissan dealer. When I arrived I was greeted by everyone. The service department made sure all my questions where answered and even gave helpful tips for the future. "Great service " The last string of interactions I’ve had at dealerships, including Nissan, have been mediocre at best. I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of customer service, cleanliness, and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicle back to this location.
"Outstanding customer service" After getting us a vehicle from another dealership to accommodate our choice of colors, Edi went all out to get us a Cargo Cover that was missing from the vehicle. All in all the best car buying experience ever! Thank you guys.
