"Cool down to earth sales representatives " I had the pleasure of being helped by Paul and Gerardo who were very helpful and informative when helping me choose the best car for me. Attentive and detail oriented. They made sure to come check on me and offered me something to drink while I awaited approval. Best of all, great communication. "The repair for my car was good, the team was OK." First off David Mares was nice and friendly. However, he wasn't taking the time I needed for him to fully explain the packages in a clear way. I ended up doing a full service on my car and drove away with squeaky brakes. I was furious. And I tried calling him and couldn't get a hold of him for a while. David failed to inform me that due to one of my services the brakes would squeak for a couple of days. The overall reception desk was extremely lackluster. They had me on hold... read more
"so so sweet" Thank you to the dynamic staff at Downtown Nissan ..... what a sweet time it was no pressure ....after many months of heartache of trying to find the right car for me ... Aris called me and I came in not even expecting ti get a car or a deal that I wanted .... but i walked away with my 2019 Nissan Sentra !!! ....
